We do not sell your data. We do not share your health data with third parties for advertising.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We apply the principle of least privilege throughout our infrastructure.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time from the Profile section of the app. Upon request, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may cancel the deletion by signing in again before the 30-day period expires.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@aibillity.com.

Children

Migraine Brief is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
